About Bass Home Inspections LLC
I have been involved in the construction industry for over 38 years. I became a licensed general contractor at
age 25 (NC General Contractor License # 80942). After spending many years in both the commercial and residential
construction industry, I decided to take the next step in my career. The home inspection business was a perfect fit
for my talents and interests. In 2006, I became a licensed NC Home Inspector (license #2423) and started Bass Home
Inspections. I am also a licensed FHA Home Inspector ( license # F711) and a 203k consultant (license # AO813).
I thoroughly enjoy performing home inspections and educating one client at a time about the
conditions, systems and functions of their new home. My goal in providing home inspections is not just to point out
the issues with a home, but to enlighten clients as to the home's proper maintenance. I am dedicated to serving your needs and my goal is 100% customer
satisfaction. As a home inspector, I not only meet but exceed the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure
Board Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice in every one of my inspections. I strive to bring you the best in quality inspection services. Bass Home Inspections was chosen as the home inspection service for the city
of High Point for 2009-2010 for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program from the federal government. Edwin Bass was also named the 2012 "Affiliate of the Year" for the High Point Regional Association of Realtors. Edwin Bass is also very community oriented, having served
on many non-profit Boards over the years as well as actively volunteering on community projects throughout
